Legal
Terms of Service.
Effective April 2026
The service
PDFsuite ("we," "us," or "our") provides a browser-based PDF toolkit available at pdfsuite.co. All PDF processing runs locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process your documents on any server.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for a single person - sharing accounts across a team is not permitted under the Pro plan.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free trial - new accounts get 7 days of full access, no credit card required.
- Pro plan - $29 per year, billed annually. Gives access to all tools and future updates.
- Renewal - subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
- Refunds - if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email us at hi@pdfsuite.co for a full refund, no questions asked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PDFsuite to:
- Process documents that you do not have the legal right to access or modify.
- Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service in ways that harm other users.
- Automate the service in ways that generate excessive load (e.g. scripted bulk processing via the web interface).
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of any files you process using PDFsuite. We claim no rights over your documents. PDFsuite, its branding, and its source code are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your account data. Your PDF files are never transmitted to us - this is a technical property of the service, not merely a policy commitment.
Disclaimer of warranties
PDFsuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep the tools accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee that every output file will be perfect for every use case. You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them in critical workflows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PDFsuite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for direct claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
