Scanned documents often come out sideways or upside down, and PDFs created from photos are even worse. The PDF rotation tool fixes orientation in seconds. Select all pages for a uniform fix, or click individual thumbnails to target only the pages that need correction. Rotation is stored in the PDF metadata - text and images are not re-rendered, so quality is preserved exactly.
The tool runs entirely offline inside your browser. No PDF data is sent to any server during rotation. This matters for documents like signed contracts, identification scans, or medical records where you would not want file contents passing through a third-party service. The rotation is applied using pdf-lib and the corrected file downloads directly to your device.
No watermarks are added to the output. Rotating a PDF takes the same amount of time whether the document has 3 pages or 300 - the operation is lightweight because it only updates orientation metadata rather than re-rendering image data. If you accidentally rotate the wrong direction, just upload again and apply the inverse rotation.
